Passing of Chris Arcuri, BOTGNY Member and US Marine Veteran.

With heartbreaking pain we regret to announce:

Chris Arcuri, US Marine Veteran, Board & Team Member at Boots on the Ground NY, fellow Veteran, active member of the American Legion Post 924 , past member of the Marine Corps Detachment League, Father, Husband, Son, Friend and Our Brother passed away this weekend way too young.

 

Chris’s Wake will be at Robertaccio Funeral Home in Patchogue on Thursday April 16th between 2-4 & 7-9.  Friday April 17th, morning will have a service at 1130 before being buried at Calverton National Cemetery. You will also be able to pay your respects between 1000 -1200 on Friday morning.

There will be a short service at 1200 at the Funeral Home, and there will be Military Honors at Calverton National Cemetery at 1330 hrs.

The American Legion will be doling there service at 1930 hrs. on Thursday evening.

 

There will be a motorcycle escort from the funeral Home to Calverton National Cemetery. I am asking anyone that rides to please join us as we commence this tribute to a Man who did so much for his fellow Veterans. We will also be in need of first responders to assist in this escort if possible.

Riders please be at the Funeral Home no later than 1145 Hrs. as we will be preparing to roll by 1215 hrs.

Anyone wishing to stand a flag line it would be very appreciated by his Family & Friends. Please bring your own flags.

 

The Family has set up a gofund me site as Chris has a 3 year old son, Luca. Funds through this site will be used to provide for him. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to help Chris’s family.
