Apr 11, 17 Veterans, check out our programs. Get involved & stay connected.

Veterans get involved and stay connected.

Thursday Nights 6pm-8pm at the Veterans Activity Center (VAC) 2184 Pond Rd, Ronkonkoma, BOTGNY hosts its Women Veterans Peer Group. All female veterans of all branches and all ages are invited to come down!!

There is a common ground, a unique bond that happens when people serve in the military, a friendship and comradery. When you leave the service for the civilian world you find those same types of bonds and friendships hard to find, you miss it. Men are not the only veterans to miss it, women do too, but there are not many places out there for female vets to connect to other female vets. This will be that place. This group will offer the comradery and friendship, listening ears when you need it, many laughs, lack of judgement, and most important support from other vets. Please come down and join us, please share this information with any female veterans you might know.

Tuesday night we have the Men’s Veteran Peer night from 6:30 PM till about 9:00 PM.

Every 3rd Tuesday is bowling night.

The food and personal care pantries are available all evening during these evening, besides food and toiletries we also usually have available, pet food, socks/underwear as well as cleaning supplies.

Please help us spread the word to Veterans, there is a place to go.

Anything said in the VAC stays in the VAC & sometimes you just need to be around other Veterans.

No paperwork, no fees, no membership, completely confidential.

Snacks, refreshments, coffee available. And dinner served at the start of each group night.

We have a program set up that allows the community and our sponsors provide home cooked and /or catered meals for our Peer nights, please log onto  for more information of how you can be involved.
